Female SNAIL KITE carrying snail to nest, Lake Topo, Kissimmee, Florida.  Hired Jim Neiger and his boat for two mornings to photograph these wonderful birds.  Boat anchored opposite nesting colony of Snail Kites.  EOS 1D MK2, 500mm plus 1.4 converter. ISO 400, 1/800th at F7.1.  Hand-held.
