| Another image from our very successful trip to Hungary. Taken from a hide placed close to the nest which was in a nest box attached to a telegraph pole. Both birds would frequently use a perch positioned close to the nest box. Most activity very early in the morning prior to sunrise when we witnessed several mating attempts. Shot taken through one-way glass window which resulted in a considerable loss of light, approximately 1.5 stops. EOS 1D MK2, 100-400mm set at 350mm, ISO 1600, 1/800th at F5.6. Neat Image noise reduction applied. |
