Canon EOS 1D Mark 2, Canon 70-200mm F2.8 plus 1.4 converter.  Focal length 170mm.  ASA rating 160.  Exposure 1/3200th second at F4.  RAW capture. Manually selected exposure off a neutral background.   Homer is the capital of the world for photographing Bald Eagles.  The eagles readily come down for fish thrown out for them.  For me, the most exciting bird photography in the world.
